WHAT IS AROMATHERAPY ?

As the word would suggest, Aromatherapy is the use of aroma (scent) and therapy (form of treatment) to affect a positive change in one's physical, mental or spiritual well being.

Here at Intimate Scents, we clarify that definition by stating that we believe true Aromatherapy uses organic fragrants to affect that change and that Aromatherapy along with a balanced diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle may produced the desired results.
